Each time I have been to the hospital I have been satisfied with the staff and the waiting times. I've only one compliant and that's the car park being full all the time and not enough spaces.

A very satisfactory hospital. I come here as it is local and I have to. Needs to improve cleanliness ASAP (in Outpatients and Rheumatology). Okay care and staff.

Good clinic which I visit regularly. Staff are nice enough: they are busy. I remember my first time coming here, I got very lost and confused. Signage needs improving.

Pharmacy waiting time is okay. Care is okay. Building needs a re-furb and needs to be cleaned more.

Good hospital doing the best it can with limited resources. Needs to employ more staff, get better up-to-date facilities and more comfortable chairs for waiting areas.

Better than some hospitals but still needs improvements. Good care hence why I would recommend it. Improve the look of the building; signage is impossible to follow and I am always getting lost. Improve parking. The pay and display is annoying, I never know how long I am going to be and I never have the right change.

Not very clean at all, disgusting toilets and floors. The toilets in OP waiting room have no flush and are blocked. Rather difficult to get appointment, miscommunication between Burnley and Blackburn.

Good care, always keeps me informed. Smaller and more personable than Blackburn. Building does need an update, cleanliness could be better too.

Inviting hospital with good staff: better than Royal Blackburn. Good care and food in restaurant.
