They were absolutely lovely all of the staff, nurses everyone. They couldn't do enough for us.

It's difficult navigating around the hospital. The signs aren't good. It doesn't say Wilson Hey anywhere.

I have an ear infection so came to urgent care. It's rubbish here. I only came because I couldn't afford to go to Airedale Hospital.

This is our first appointment so not able to fully comment on the services. Normally go to Blackburn but have to come here now for this service. Signs could be better.

We have had to come from Blackburn for this X-ray appointment. We got lost the signage is poor. Waiting areas are a little sparce, nothing to do/read.

My father-in-law had two operations but mixed up his pre-appointment. Staff sorted this out so that he managed to get his care without difficulty and all tests were complete as required. Very happy.
Try not to send two operations on the same day with different pre-med on each. This confused my elderly father and could have caused a major problem. Luckily staff at the hospital sorted it.

I like Burnley hospital, treatment is the best around and all the staff are excellent. Highly skilled, committed, polite and kind offering good service. There is a poor bus service. Bring back facilities from Blackburn to Burnley (fracture clinic, minor opps, A&E) I would not go to Blackburn if I could help it.

Had to ask more than once to get to correct area for my treatment. Not been before. Signage is poor.

Nurses work hard and seem to do everything, they are short staffed. Some conflicting information from Doctor for my problem. Confused with antibiotic prescription, too small a dose so not enough. There is not much to do when waiting.
