I kept getting different information from doctors and hospital and was a bit confused. I would have liked more info prior to my visit. Hospitals should liaise with each other more. No info available when attending other hospitals.

Long wait with nothing to do. Attending with husband. Old building which needs updating. Metal seats are hard and cold.

This is my first appointment so I'm not sure what happens but the waiting room is sparce and there is nothing to do. You can hear other peoples issues, no privacy.

I was treated here and at Royal Preston hospital and couldn't have been treated better.
