I feel for those at Burnley, I don't know how the nurses can stand at the end of the day. I'm full of admiration for them, and they never lose their cool and are always professional

There's lots of screaming and waiting and it's disturbing. Especially for people with Asperger's. Staff looked after her to the best of their ability. She is a very demanding patient.

The only reason I've come here, is for a minor part of my treatment. I usually go to Blackburn for everything. I think it's silly having to come here for this.

What I don't like about Burnley General is that I had breast cancer a few years ago and caught MRSA. I always go to Airedale now. I had to make my own bed. The tube they put in was not level, it was kinked.

The waiting time wasn't good. Once I was seen I was told it wasn't what I thought so I was told to go back to my GP to be referred.
