Didn't get instructions to get to get to X-ray had to ask.
Appointment was changed 4 times.
Good access. Free parking. Good signs off main road.
I would like to have been given directions to to x-ray.
A map on the appointment letter would have been helpful.

We've been attending for three years for my five year old daughter. Really happy with the whole experience. No complaints. Always seen on time. We are able to change appointments if it is not convenient. We forgot to attend our last appointment and phoned up the clinic just after our appointment time.

Two to three months ago we received the appointment. No complaints. We come to the hospital for other routine tests. Very happy. It is convenient but we still get a taxi to our appointments due to mobility issues

For two years we've been attending for my daughters eyes. Very happy with the whole experience. No issues at all. We are local to the hospital so it's great as it is so close.
