Parking is bad.

Pleasant and comfortable building. I went in early to my appointment and its very clean.

It is quick and consistent though I have had to wait 45 minutes in the past.

Parking is a problem sometimes, they've done big improvements to the building and the waiting time isn't bad

They give you text message reminders and lots of letters so you don't forget your appointment which is good.

All I have experienced so far is waiting, I have waited an hour. It's quite basic but it does the job. There's a few marks on the floor.
