I had an appointment in outpatients and they told me that I could come across to have my eye appointment. When I got over they told me I had to make an appointment. It seemed like a waste of patient transport and it's frustrating being given inaccurate information.

I had to alter the appointment time due to work commitments so I rang the clinic and explained. They were able to give me a slightly later time. I'm really pleased about it, it's been fantastic

I understand that patients are seen in order of priority therefore I don't mind waiting. This hospital is first choice to attend.

I would recommend attending Vic Hosp as seeing GP would have taken a longer time.
Would like to be able to get a cup of tea - I was not aware of the restaurant.
