For me it's great because otherwise we'd have to go to Blackburn and Burnley hospital and my mother is not very mobile. The hearing aids were not brought from Blackburn hospital to Accrington for one appointment, so it was a wasted appointment. Other than that it's all been excellent. The lady we saw opened all the doors for us as well.

I've been struggling to get through the doors because they are not automatic, but once I got through it's been fantastic

Very nice, very efficient. They've been excellent every time. Inside is fab, it's clean and fun for the kids. Appointments have been changed as my daughter's hearing got better. They've briefed us all on everything and explained thoroughly.

I was seen quickly. Although they couldn't do anything for me, they provided me with very clear information and spoke to my GP the next working day which enabled actions to be taken.

I went to Accrington initially and they sent me to A&E because they couldn't help. They didn't send my notes through so I had to be triaged again when I got to Blackburn. But it was fine. The staff at Accrington were nice. The seats are not suitable for people with spinal injuries. 5 minutes is ok but if you have to wait longer, it becomes very uncomfortable
