Lost paperwork twice. Had to ring secretary to sort it out as he has been waiting since Summer. The secretary managed to fit us in a cancellation slot.

They are 45 minutes overrun today. A year ago when I came I had to wait 2 hours because of strikes and I had to come out of work and close, I would have thought that 1.5 hours would be sufficient.
Orhtopaedics and x-ray are on opposite sides of the hospital and it is painful to walk far sometimes.

I have had a letter to come but there was no information about why there is an appointment.

I got referred two weeks ago. Accrington was the closest appointment so I came here. It is worth the travel, its smaller and nicer than others.

I waited a long time for X-ray. It could be improved with shorter waiting times as I came out of work to attend this appointment.

Ambulance service was called to take me home and it has been three hours waiting to be taken.
