Had to wait 20mins at reception as nurse was on the phone, eventually I ended up going in myself and finding my client.

Smoking at the main entrance is not good, I have children and I do not approve of this.

Smoking at the entrance is really bad, although there are signs, no one abides by it. I had a long walk from the main entrance to the eye clinic, more signage could help. Volunteer was a big help.

MRI scanner broke down at Barrow so got referred to Lancaster, good service provided.
