Inadequate care
Had to wait 6 hours for an ambulance
Terrible staff - very rude and patronising - have put a formal complaint in.
Medical Unit 2 provides excellent care, so the staff should be like that.

No other comments - excellent service however, dislike people smoking outside.
Should be a no smoking hospital - unpleasant to breathe in smoke on exit.
