It's been a long day.
The building could do with being updated
The waiting time was terrible as I had two appointments at different times and now I'm waiting for transport I've been here a long time.

It took us a really long time to convince the doctor to refer us for assessment. We don't get straight answers and have to do all of our own research, having to ask for things and they don't have the answers. Dr Sultan does not seem to know what is available in Rossendale in terms of services and information.

Doctor referred to eye clinic as has sun damage may go blind at some point, they were discouraging. Parking no good as building work - got parking ticket. Showed me on internet what treatment and condition I have, but it felt like a very negative appointment.

A bit difficult as my son started kicking and the staff member just said "I'll see you down there" as though she couldn't be bothered to help. The rooms are a bit small and have a lot of toys in them. If the woman is going on holiday it is last minute notice. She doesn't really let us know much about our son.

Have had to come to Burnley as the consultant moved to Burnley from Blackburn. You never see the same consultant twice - this is a big problem as mixed messages,

Since I have had eye cancer my eye sight has become really bad but I had to pay for multi focal myself.

It's really good in Rheumatology - I'm really impressed. Information is really good - rather than just giving you a leaflet, a nurse comes out in the treatment room to explain the condition and follow up treatment.

I've had surgery in one eye and waiting for it in the other. The care and after care has been brilliant. The only problem I've had has been pharmacy - waiting 3 hours.
