I had a bad knee so have had knee replacement. It's a long walk from through-tunnel to the main road. I need help. There should be better access.

Parking is really difficult. I don't think they need to improve the service and it's outside that's in need of a re-design. It's difficult as well with the pay and display. There are only coin payments and you don't know how much to put in because you don't know if you will be seen on time. It affects my appointment and then I'm wound up there's not enough parking in outpatients.

It takes 45 minutes to get here from Settle I could go to Lancaster but that would take 45 minutes as well. They seem to be concentrating on the inside and not the out.

Parking is a problem. It takes a long time to get an appointment and they keep changing it.

Parking is a nightmare there's not enough spaces and the walk down from the car park is too far but the staff are friendly and they've helped me with my condition.
