Very quick. Staff are polite. It is a bit overcrowded. It's all new but it's too busy and not enough seats, layout not good.

The staff are very busy. I don't like the new work on the building, it is too crowded. There are too little chairs here now and not enough for everyone to sit down. There was a bit of a wait for an appointment and the doctor intervened eventually. I chose to come here on the right-to-book.

My partner waited a long time for his appointment, he was referred by his GP at the beginning of December. It is now Jan 18th for his appointment. It's a long time to wait when there are concerns (bleeding). It is quite congested here in this entrance area.

Phlebotomy is very quick - they work hard to make sure it's efficient and runs smoothly

I stayed on this ward nine months ago and there were more staff than patients. They didn't know what they were doing and weren't trained properly.
