Big improvements to the building, I noticed how clean it is. NO problems getting an apppointment and I went in immediately as I arrived for my appointment.

Everyone is extremely helpful and polite. I was here for a while as an inpatient and I wrote to the Chief Executive to say how good it was - AND I got a reply. Excellent

My wife has been rushed to hospital this morning for emergency care and everyone has been efficient. There have been many tests and we are now waiting to go on the ward but it's been excellent.

My twins were born here when it first opened and I have never had any problems. It's lovely.

My appointment was at 1.10 pm and I arrived at 12.55, I then waited until 1.50. I have come here for 3 yrs and I'm always waiting. They then didn't put the drops in. I was supposed to see my normal doctor but it was a different one today but they are very good. Doctors are excellent, nurses are not so good. My appointments are generated every 6 months and run smoothly.

Cannot praise the staff enough who looked after me through my treatment before Christmas. Brilliant. They made me feel comfortable and I want to thank them.

There is difficulty with the car park and finding a space which is close to the entrance if you are disabled. I had to be dropped off and struggle to walk in on my own whilst my husband found a car parking space. I had a long struggle through reception on my own. There are guides but they couldn't push me in a chair due to health and safety.
