Waiting time today (20 minutes delay so far) usually seen within half an hour which is OK. Concern today that we are not seeing the consultant that we normally see. Because of my sons history the Audiologist told me today that we wont be seeing Mr Stracken today. Mr Stracken is excellent, very positive experience here but not at Bradford Royal Infirmary - Children's ward.

It is very nice since they've done it up. Always been satisfied with the service I have received.

I waited 2-3 hours which is quite a while. I was sent for an X-ray and also had to go for bloods. No complaints the way I have been treated.
