Appauling test results missing

Test results missing, medical reports missing and now taking three weeks again to organise a scan. How can this hospital improve when things are going from bad to worse. It's not the first time that it has taken over three weeks to get a scan date. The NHS patients here are treated liked crap. Whilst the fee payers are getting special treatment. Making sure there scans are done within a week. Why should I have to wait nearly four weeks to be scanned, only three week wait at Chorley hospital. That says it all really.
