Could do with doing it up a bit.

4 months ago I walked out as I came for an operation and I waited 6 hours and I became impatient so I just left. I now have an operation on the 23rd Dec and they have told me to phone on 22nd Dec for a time to come in.

Got held up. I had to chase up appointment by telephoning and then they gave me an appt for today.
