The reason I gave a 4 for waiting time was because I was told to phone up 24 hours prior to my operation for a time slot to be provided. However, the system was not working and I was not given a time slot. I arrived for 8.00am. I finished at 10.30am

Long wait for initial appointment. Receptionist rude and miserable, Felt undervalued.
