I have been waiting seven months for my operation and RPH have now referred me here for my operation to be done. It would have been better if there wasn't such a long wait for the op.

I waited for 40 minutes from my appointment time to be seen by consultant. The consultant apologised but an explanation of the delay would have been helpful.
