I can not fault the service in anyway.

Physio is excellent, some staff are OK but some need extra training regarding service and care.
Some staff do not want to be here and just cant wait to go home.
Please provide better care as it spoils it for the other staff.

I have been here for 4 days and so far everything has been good.
The only thing i would like to say is that when i arrived here at 5pm, i was dropped off and sat on a table as meals were being served, I did not get introduced to anybody and I did not know who to approach.
The lack of communication on arrival could be improved.
