Sometimes I feel I do not get the support I require.
Other than that everything is ok, just little things which can be sorted spoil it for everyone.

Everything here has been really good, the only issue I have is that initially I was in my own room but then got moved, I am now sharing with a patient who has alzheimers and sometimes at night I can not sleep as that person will wake up shouting.

This place is fantastic, my friend is well looked after, the biggest mistake made was closing down the Kirkham place.

Staff do not show any interest or compassion towards you.
I have been acused of causing self harm to a get better service.
Some treatment received has been very painful.
