The only issue for me at Bispham is that it is very cold, for some reason they will not put the heating up.

Everything is ok but they could have someone regularly check the toilets, all rooms have toilets but if you are in the sitting area and do not want to go back to the room then you will use the ones in the sitting area.

Really glad to be here from BVH as I do not feel I am ready to go home yet.

Everything is good here. The only problem I have is that the buzzer does not work sometimes which I have raised with staff and been told will be sorted soon (room 15).

Been here for a few days now and been really nice.
