Second knee operation, keeps going wrong at BVH as they messed up. In complaints process at the moment.

A&E and Ward 6 are a nightmare. Cardiac centre is superb.

I feel it is always short staffed and I don't get help at the time required. Staff always smiling but need help.

For some reason I just did not feel comfortable at BVH, just felt that the staff did not have time for you as they were rushed off their feet.

Have been told waiting time is approximately 28 weeks. I have been asked to fill some paperwork in but I did not agree to it as I can not wait that long. If I have to wait more than 18 weeks then I will request that they send me some where else.
