A wonderful job done under limited resources,
The only problem I saw was that when patients needed assistance to go to the toilets, due to the shortage of staff some patients had to wait ages.

some staff are good and some just don't seem interested,
I know the are very busy but they need to spend some time with the patients.

Staff -50/50 - some provide great care and some very indifferent.
Too many health care assistants and few nurses,
Some health care assistants are constantly on their phone,
too much noise at night time.

A&E is very busy, I had to wait a long time before I was seen.

I feel sorry for anyone who has to go to the Vic. The care provided to my family member was awful
