At no point was I given any updates and I feel let down, the clinic is busy but I am not happy.

A group member felt that cancer appointments, including scans and tests, are very quick after being diagnosed at Blackpool Victoria Hospital.
Mother died basically from neglect.

Sadly, my experience was not good. Need to have better communication and explanations of what they are doing and why. Need to be open to involving relatives more. Doctors never come to the wards, not sure when they teach, never saw students or House Officers, and make questionable unilateral decisions. Overall Victoria Hospital Score is: Poor/Below Expectations

Dislocated my finger and had to go to A&E
Got seen straightaway after they saw my finger, staff were very helpful.

Got rushed in by the ambulance, had to wait ages in A&E even with stroke diagnosis,
On the ward, sometimes you have to press buzzer many times before someone comes.
