Was invited for appointment.

Received a telephone call asking would I be attending my appointment but I hadn't received a letter prior to the telephone call. I didn't know whether to come with a urine sample or with a full bladder.

Parking can get very congested, sometimes I have parked on the road.

Was early for appointment by 25 mins approx and was taken in very shortly after my arrival.
Waiting times in outpatients could be improved, parking is also problematic even with a blue badge.
