I prefer it to Blackburn. I had a very bad experience there and I do not want to go back.

Come every 6 months and sometimes I'm waiting for a long time, maybe a couple of hours. It's not organised to reach maximum efficiency. Could do the regular checks on one dedicated day so all the tests are quick. I have a demanding job which is hard to take time out of and when i have to wait a long time it makes it difficult. I am happy to come here now it's a lot better since they have a dedicated nurse which has improved the treatments.

Sometimes they are rushed off their feet here but they are always so nice.

Recently I have been to the hospital often and it's good.

Too many water leaks around the hospital, needs to be looked at. It is hazardous for people who cant see properly.

Good treatment provided, I come for regular appointments and it is always good.

I must compliment the staff, the way they are with the patients is amazing, especially with the children after they have drops put in and have to wait.

For my first appointment it has gone really well, had some drops put in and asked to wait approx 45 mins before I can go.
The staff will come and check on me regularly.

I have to use a taxi when I come with my child, it is a regular appointment and at no time have I been offered patient transport or anyone mentioned anything about it.
