Everything was ok, the car park is a nightmare, it needs to be addressed.

The car park needs to be looked at, I have given a friend of mine a lift and we have had to park at the other end of the building.
The walk is too long especially when it is raining and my friends eye sight is not good.

Service is really good, the only improvement I can suggest is to get children tested early for eye problems. Right now it not looked at unless they are 8 years or older or a parent complains about their child's eyesight.

I'm usually at Blackburn but I have come here today to have my cataracts done. I couldn't have treatment because my blood pressure was too high. I have been given a lift off my son who lives in Penrith. I couldn't use the patient transport because the number I was given in my appointment letter was the wrong one, apparently it had changed a long time ago from the one I was given. I found out the right one in the end but my son had already arranged to come with me.

The building is dated and X-ray is very dark and gloomy

I waited for 2.5 hours after my appointment time. However, the staff were lovely

Create more parking near to newborn section

I arrived for my appointment but soon realised that I had come at the wrong time. A nurse came to tell me that as I hadn't shown up she had discharged me back to my GP. My issue is why did I have to go to the hospital in the first place if I was so easily discharged. It seems like a waste of money
