Outpatients - Hematology

Better than some hospitals but still needs improvements. Good care hence why I would recommend it. Improve the look of the building; signage is impossible to follow and I am always getting lost. Improve parking. The pay and display is annoying, I never know how long I am going to be and I never have the right change.

Not very clean at all, disgusting toilets and floors. The toilets in OP waiting room have no flush and are blocked. Rather difficult to get appointment, miscommunication between Burnley and Blackburn.

Good care, always keeps me informed. Smaller and more personable than Blackburn. Building does need an update, cleanliness could be better too.

Inviting hospital with good staff: better than Royal Blackburn. Good care and food in restaurant.

Staff could be more friendly and approachable. Building could be improved, it's very old. Better decor and cleanliness (the toilets). Food in restaurant very good.

Poor building, very tired and old fashioned. Parking very confusing. Lack of signs. Care very good.

Easy to get appointment but information didn't come with me from Royal Blackburn Hospital, there are communication issues between the two. Waiting times are longer than expected (20 minutes on a quick day). Needs better parking, clearer signs and better hospital maps.

Good hospital, good care and staff. It could be cleaner here, employ more cleaners especially to clean toilets at least three times per day. Blocked toilets are unacceptable.
