9.30 appointment - I was seen at 11am. I didn't receive drops until almost 11am. There seems to be more staff and less patients so I can't understand the delay. I have also been here for 7.30am and not been seen until 11am. Reduce waiting time.

It was difficult to get an appointment. There are no appointments for 4 months. Very overstretched. I think there's not enough consultants in the eye department. I was waiting for 2 hours from field test to being seen. Improvements can be made by reducing the waiting times for appointments with consultants.

Appointment was at 9.45. We waited until approximately 10.35 to be seen. The consultant Dr. Annum was very friendly and personable. I felt he wasn't rushing. The waiting area was very crowded and it is not very big. Some people had to stand up as there were not enough chairs. It was very busy with patients.

Waiting time to be reduced. Patients ought to be seen sooner. A little more extra time would be made if they were to leave paper work until later. Once you get to see the doctor it's alright.

I waited 10mins which is not long but when you see staff chatting away, it's not good. To be seen faster would improve my experience.

8.30am appointment. There's always a long wait but I'm used to it. I was seen at 9.00am and then I had to wait until 9.50 to be seen again. There's a delay in waiting for my prescription at the pharmacy.

My daughter was in with a chest infection, the nurse's and doctors were very quick to give her medical attention due to her oxygen levels. They were also good with my daughter who is only 2 when she was upset. The only thing I wasn't happy was when a nurse on the night shift ignored doctors notes on my daughter and another child in our bay. Also didn't put the correct notes in medical records. I was not happy with the way she spoke with us and she was not gentle with my daughter, I believe this nurse was called Laura. Me being a care assistant I know what is required. Overall I was pleased with the quality of care given by the hospital.

Waiting time was long. The car park is a nightmare and you see people fighting over a spot.
