i feel digitally excluded

i am not very good with technology but all the appointments seem to be going online, i ring up and have to wait in a long queue to be told there are no appointments.
I have had to force myself to use technology but im still unsure what im doing and i can see appointments online im not 100 percent sure what to do when im on the app but no-one will help support me with this.

I do understand that not all people are able to register with the NHS app. We do make allowances for this. If you would like to call in to the surgery we can offer advice on this.

not happy with the service being provided

I am not happy with the service being provided at this surgery.
I ring up in the morning and get put in along waiting list to be put through to quite rude receptionists who put the phone down on you even when they haven't answered your questions.

I am not happy with this surgery, you can never get an appointment.
You can only ring at a certain time in the morning and then when you eventually get through you are told there are no appointments.

We have had a very good experience

We have had a very good experience with this surgery. My relative had cancer and he was able to be at home and this was coordinated with the GP. He received home visits and they service was brilliant.

wait times

The wait times are really bad at the moment. Last time i went in for an appointment there was a queue of people outside waiting to book an appointment as they knew they wouldn't get through on the phone which then made the phone line longer as staff were dealing with patients inside the surgery.

Sorry to hear you are having problems. We are constantly trying to improve the appointment system and ways of making it easier for patients to get an appointment. We are trying to discourage patients from queueing in the mornings, our aim is to offer appointments to patients in advance for non urgent problems so that they will not have to do this.
