Staff/ doctors introduced themselves. More funding from the government would improve the experience

Nursing stafff didn't introduce themselves but consultant did. About 4 months wait for an appointment. It's a busy day and I had about 30 minutes wait for an MRI scan. Had to change follow up appointment as delay to MRI scan. Consultant was very nice. Parking was an issue for us today. No water machine.

Waiting for 35 minutes today but last occasion only waited 5 minutes. Sometimes the staff introduce themselves.

Good hospital but could do with a refurb. I know that costs a lot. Parking could be a lot easier if they redid the parking spaces so they were bigger and smoother so it doesn't damage your car

Impersonal staff. Not satisfied with treatment received, in more pain now. Old, run-down building which is not fit for purpose. Train the staff better and revamp the building
