You do not have to use the stairs to get to the room so easy access is good.

The appointment system has changed so it takes longer to be seen, also you can not get next appointment straightaway so you have to ring (could do with changing that as the service is really good).
Margaret the Chiropodist is the best I have been to.

Best compliment i can give to the hospital - If you are going to be ill - go to the Queen Vic

The only issue for me is the hospital can save some money by switching the lights of on sunny days as you get plenty of light.
