Not all staff are as good as others. It's a bit dated but not at all unpleasant. She was supposed to come here as rehab but she still had medical needs. They've dealt with it excellently here and treated her from here. The feeding times are a bit peculiar. Evening meals are at 4pm to take into consideration visiting times, but my wife doesn't like eating that early and then she'll be hungry later on

Some of the staff are very good and others seem to use the job as a stepping stone. Not over keen on the food - there's not much choice.

The staff have been really good. They spend 20 minutes with us initially about the care of mum and they really look after her.

I don't know why I have been asked to come here for an appointment. The receptionist has no idea and neither did the booking person.

Excellent treatment and caring staff since I came. I had a cup of tea and cake from the hospital shop and it was excellent. It's a nice, calm and relaxing environment.
