Waiting almost 2 hours for appointment. 10am appointment was seen 11.50am. Attended Monday 13th April - this appointment was one hour late. Delay was due to emergency in dept.

Overall experience has been excellent. However I would like to point out that there is only one payment machine for parking and people tend to wait a long time to pay.
Cost of coming from Southport

Cost of coming from Southport. Have to come 3 x a week, can't come by train. Public transport is an inconvenience way of travel. This service used to be provided in Southport, no longer do so and it's difficult to attend regularly.
