Outpatients - layout needs changing, depressing at present. Waited 20 minutes beyond appointment time. Previous appointments cancelled but I wasn't informed and attended clinic.

Food in the restaurant is expensive. Cleanliness of hospital could be improved and decorate the building.

I dont get any answers, I've been coming for a long time. DIfferent doctors and different treatments every 12 weeks. No cure for problems. Last time there were communication problems with the doctor who had to get other staff to help with my medical file and the computer, interpretation etc
