Buildings a bit of a maze but a nurse showed me around. The staff are lovely. I see a lot of them though, some of them don't seem to have a lot to do.

Last time I waited a while and I cant remember if it was here or Southport but I couldn't communicate with the doctor and there was no interpreter which would have been better. I don't know where I should go to make these suggestions.

Come here for my son who broke his arm. He is having his cast off and X-ray today. Waiting time is bad here, first time we waited 3 hours, today we have been waiting nearly an hour.

Son broke his arm and was on childrens ward. Received excellent care. The only problem in here is the waiting time. Been here an hour today already.

Been quite happy with the service. Operation in May, care was excellent. Communication lacking between the hospitals (Southport, Ormskirk, Halton) and I get sent between here and there for different things. Everything else is good apart from being sent between three hospitals.
