Waited over half an hour from my appointment time

I live in Ashurst and there is no bus service from Skelmersdale to Ormskirk Hospital. They have taken the service away. I take the taxi and it costs £8 each way.

Physiotherapy was nice, but the receptionist was not very personable, very brisk.
