ED - Physiotherapy

6-8 weeks to get first appointment. Lots of physio appointments cancelled. Had treatment in physio which was horrendous and there was no empathy when I explained. It wasn't a permanent member of staff and now I see a regular physio. I have to wait 4 weeks for an appointment but I don't mind as long as I get the same one.

Everyone always says the NHS is no good but I have never had a bad experience.

Always recommend this hospital. I dont like Southport. Smaller is better. This is local and ours. It should be made into a proper hospital again. My first appointment had a long waiting time but its usually good.

Appt was 50 minutes later than scheduled time. I have waited longer in the past. Lessen the waiting time.
