I drank my moviprep, then I was refused the colonoscopy on the ground that a sign language interpreter was not booked.
My experience would be improved if I had the right as a deaf patient to have an interpreter or not on this type of apppointment

Came at 9.40am on bus number 66, left hospital at 11.30am, had to wait as was busy in the clinic.
