I have parked on a lay by which is a ten minute walk to the hospital because I have fractured my shoulder and I can't reach the ticket button. My previous appointment was pointless. Mr ? was not in attendance that day so I saw someone else but they couldn't do anything. They are not flexible - just get appointment in Preston for example or you have to wait. I think they should get in touch to discuss appointment options because I need to get a lift from family. The bus from Leyland has stopped running.

They just do their job. I waited over an hour last time. We have a disabled badge so we don't struggle with parking

The waiting time is really bad but I just get a coffee whilst I'm waiting so it doesn't bother me too much

We've had some problems with appointments being cancelled but other than that it's been fine
