Waiting time between procedures was nothing like it was promised. The medical treatment given worked but waiting for the procedure was not acceptable.

Attended A&E and we had to wait but this was expected and it wasn't excessive.

Very good today because we had an early appointment but sometimes the waiting can be much longer but the NHS is a fantastic service. Nurses are lovely and only issue may be under-resourced on occasions. (Admin staff sometimes lose current position following a consultation and don't follow up)

Excellent service provided. We need a better link between GP and hospital and the provisions of a travel service for people without cars. (Travel from Preston on bus and can take a couple of hours)

The service received was very good and the NHS gets a lot of bad press it doesn't deserve
