Very Confusing. Came out of a door that said exit but it was the wrong door. Got a bit lost and I have been here before

I was seen before my appointment time today. My appointment for today was re-instated even though my appointment was put back for next week. I was called by the hospital this morning to say my consultant was in today and I could be seen today. (The expected strike action was due to take place today).
Audiology

8.30am appointment and was seen at 8.50am. This delay was surprising considering the appointment was early. All the staff were very nice. I have been to audiology before and the waiting time has been fine.
Accident and Emergency

Attended A & E on the previous Sunday with my baby (5 and half months) and had to wait 2.5 hours to be seen and although it didn't appear to be busy this seemed a long time.
Orthopaedics

Waiting time between procedures was nothing like it was promised. The medical treatment given worked but waiting for the procedure was not acceptable.

Very nervous about coming to hospital today but put at ease by friendly staff. No problems

One of the best experiences I have had at a hospital, doctors were nice as were the nurses. (Really nice people)

Attended A&E and we had to wait but this was expected and it wasn't excessive.
Urology

Very good today because we had an early appointment but sometimes the waiting can be much longer but the NHS is a fantastic service. Nurses are lovely and only issue may be under-resourced on occasions. (Admin staff sometimes lose current position following a consultation and don't follow up)
