Why is Mr Hughes always running so late when the other consultant tends to be 20 minutes late? Surely they should be about the same. (Mr Hughes is 60 minutes late)

There is always a long waiting time for Mr Hughes but he is fantastic. Maybe that is why we have to wait so long to see him because he is spending more time with patients

The biggest problem is the waiting time, my mum is elderly and tired. X-ray, plaster.....so there is more waiting in between, it does not run smoothly.

We have had to wait 5 hours when I first came through A&E, other than that it was fine

I waited 8 weeks for an appointment which seemed like a long time and had to go back to work before being seen. I'm self employed so I don't have a choice. I have been given good leaflets

Confusion with the booking, they could not fit me in for three weeks and I have an infection in my bone. The number that they ring on is unassigned so we don't answer because it may be a sales call. We have had waiting times of 5 hours in reception for this department.

The only problem here is the waiting times. I have a disabled badge so I don't struggle with parking
