PE - A&E

We have had to wait 5 hours when I first came through A&E, other than that it was fine

I waited 8 weeks for an appointment which seemed like a long time and had to go back to work before being seen. I'm self employed so I don't have a choice. I have been given good leaflets

Confusion with the booking, they could not fit me in for three weeks and I have an infection in my bone. The number that they ring on is unassigned so we don't answer because it may be a sales call. We have had waiting times of 5 hours in reception for this department.

The only problem here is the waiting times. I have a disabled badge so I don't struggle with parking

I have parked on a lay by which is a ten minute walk to the hospital because I have fractured my shoulder and I can't reach the ticket button. My previous appointment was pointless. Mr ? was not in attendance that day so I saw someone else but they couldn't do anything. They are not flexible - just get appointment in Preston for example or you have to wait. I think they should get in touch to discuss appointment options because I need to get a lift from family. The bus from Leyland has stopped running.

The only problem is the waiting to be seen in the waiting room and booking in appointments
