PE - Outpatients Blood Department

Due to my condition and treatment requirements I go to other hospitals in the area. Chorley in my opinion is the best, however I have regular blood tests and the waiting times can be long with a little to do in the seating areas.

This hospital seems to be more bothered about raising money in the car park than investing in its care side, I would not recommend it to others

Last visit was for 11am but I didn't get seen until 12:30 (no reason given for delay). No treatment was given just another appointment, they didn't even look at my foot.

Treatment could be more stream lined with appointments managed better. The hospital car parking is very poor during the day

I come here for regular treatment and the car park is always full. The waiting times for blood test can be very long; two and a half hours is not unusual and we have to sit in the corridor which is noisy and can be draughty.
