I am Russian and there is sometimes a lack of clear information that I can understand. My daughter is here with me today to translate as they don't provide a translator and then I don't understand. Everything else is good.

I have traveled from Kendal because Kendal doesn't have a specialist department. I have had a very good experience.

Today I have come in when I didn't need to. I have a heart loop and I was called unexpectedly to say I had an appointment today for a check. Now I'm here they say I could have done it from home as I have the kit to do it so it's a bit of a waste of time but nevermind.

Busy cardiology car park, very hard to find a space.
I have been here many times after operations. They sometimes have us waiting for a while but they use signs to show us how long delays are.
