This service is better than my own hospital in Kent. I am here with my brother who is receiving his treatment today. He is from Blackpool. Would be better to have more to do in the waiting area, TV, radio, reading etc. Signs are confusing.

Average treatment. I am here to interpret for the patient, he does not speak English his wife speaks only Spanish.

The waiting area is quite cold, drafty and each time the door open I am cold.

Had a lot of changes to my appointment time and date "not very happy".
Consult before changing appointment. I am on holiday next week so hope no treatment is needed then!

A bit of a maze, difficult to find the dept but passing staff very helpful.
Warmer waiting area, very windy in the dept when doors open.
