As soon as hospital received referral appointment received the following day.
Follow up appointment was given after medical treatment to save postage and save patient waiting to receive it.

Could do with modernising - other depts have new surroundings. This dept deserves updating.

Here with my husband; treatment very good. Have just had heart surgery here early this year and can not fault the hospital or its staff.

Been before but the first time here I couldn't find the dept and had to be shown by a passing nurse.

Volunteer staff at the main entrance are very friendly and helpful. My husband is the patient who was only here 5 mins before being called in. This is our first visit to this dept.

Like a wind tunnel when the doors are opened. Reception of BVH is better now than before. The walk way would be better with cover.

Staff very helpful. They check toilet regularly for faults and cleaning.
