Fantastic service

Admitted a couple of years ago. Been coming once a year since the treatment. The service has been excellent. Personally not too fond of the waiting room so wait in main reception.

Didn't give father medication that I brought in for him for 3 days. They didn't come to help when he needed the toilet so he was left overnight in urine. Burnley hospital is ok but blackburn doesn't have enough staff

Father in law was sent home with a cannula still attached after a triple heart bypass. The hospital asked for him to be picked up and brought back but it was their mistake so they should send someone out to him. We had to ask for him to get a nurse.
