They don't communicate enough with me and I don't think they give him (the patient) enough time to write down information - he cannot speak and is nil by mouth.

They've made me feel very welcome and at home. They've been excellent. Very helpful - they've got me a nurse who's coming to my house. I have a number to ring if I need anything.

They saved my life so many times. Some of the staff weren't very caring, some things that I heard were unacceptable . The night shift on ICU was not good. I urinated in my bed once as was left in it for a very long time. The free TV in ICU is great and I could order whatever food I wanted. I think staff should ensure that patients are washed prior to being served food.

Parking - I think it's very sad that people have to queue for 30 mins when they are visiting sick people.
They should have a designated uniform for people that work with eg, heart.
I think this would promote pride.
